The distance learning courses are of two years duration and come complete with full online course materials and tutor support via our online learning environment. On completing the course examinations you will receive a certificate awarded by an awarding Body such as Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA, or OCR. Please note that finding an exam centre is your responsibility and Stripes International can only help your child or your institution in preparation to take the exams. In some circumstances, we can suggests a centre we have worked before but the decision to accept a candidate is solely the centre's.
Our courses let you work at your own pace, at a time and place that suits you, however a lot of dedication is required and we do not offer any guarantees that you will get an A* or A. Simply, we will do our best to guide and teach you while the final outcome is upon you, based on your motivation and hard work! We do guarantee that you will get all the resources needed and that there will not be any question on the exam which we have not covered.

Core and extended options for IGCSE
To take into account differing abilities, there is a choice between Core and Extended curriculum papers in some subjects.
The Core curriculum is within the ability range of a large majority of students. It provides a full overview of the subject and is targeted at students expected to achieve grades C to G.
The Extended curriculum has been designed for the more academically able. It is targeted at those expected to achieve grades A* to E.
